Mr.Richard McMahon is a Graduate from Exeter University with an Honours degree in Education (BA.Ed) and Masters in Educational leadership from Bath University. He has worked in a variety of leadership roles including Principal, Deputy Principal, Head and Deputy Head of School and worked both in the UK and International Education including the Middle East and Africa. He has a wealth of school improvement experience and is passionate about providing the best educational experiences for students and developing leaders across the school. He has been involved in delivering and mentoring International leadership programmes and is highly qualified International school leader.

Mr. Mohammad Wajeeh graduated from Mu'tah University, Jordan in 1996 with a Bachelor Degree in Education / Teaching English Language. Throughout his 20 years career in education he’s had the opportunity to serve in various roles; beginning with English language and social studies teacher moving to English Language Academic Coordinator and Schools’ General Supervisor. Since 2015, Mr. Wajeeh has served as the Boys' School Principal at NIS. Mr. Wajeeh's mission as principal is to always put children first! He is committed to providing a safe environment and exceptional learning experiences to all NIS students that prepare them to obtain the necessary knowledge and skills to become successful members of their societies.

Mrs. Hana Al-Dossary, who joined NIS as the Girls' School Principal in September 2014, is a Saudi citizen with a BA degree in English from King Faisal University. Mrs. Al-Dossary started her teaching career in 1999 before joining the MOE where her final position was Head of the English Department. Mrs. Al-Dossary brings a wealth of knowledge to NIS with her many years of experience.

Mrs. Lubna graduated from Mu'tah University, Jordan with a Bachelor of Education Degree. Mrs. Lubna started her teaching career in Jordan in 1999 before joining NIS in 2007. Throughout her career at NIS, she has filled many positions starting as a primary teacher and then the coordinator of English as Foreign Language and Head of the Arabic Language Department. From her position as the Girls' School Supervisor, Mrs. Lubna is committed to enhancing all aspects of NIS students' performance and providing them with the right tools to prosper academically, socially, physically and emotionally.
