The 2016 / 17 admissions process has started and places may be granted to children who will benefit from the NIS educational experience.

For New Admission:

  • Contact the Admissions Office..
  • Arrange to visit the school and have a tour during a normal working day.
  • Complete and submit all the application forms and submit all the documents below.
  • If there are seats available, arrange for your child to undertake an Entrance Test and interview.
  • In the event of no seat being available you will be placed on a waiting list.
  • If successful, your child starts school at a mutually convenient time (always at the start of a week)
  • In the event of no seat being available your child will be placed on a waiting list.

  • Medical / Vaccination Records
  • School Transport Service Request
  • Parental Consent
  • Gate Entry Pass Request
  • Payment Plan

Supporting Documents Required:

  • Birth Certificate of Child
  • Iqama: Father, Mother and Child Iqama
  • Passport Information Page (copy): Father, Mother and Student
  • Employment Certificate - Either Parent
  • Vaccination Card (copy)
  • Previous Report Cards (copy) [If applicable]
  • 2 x Passport Size Photographs

Please Note:

  • All Entrance Tests and interviews are by confirmed appointment ONLY.
  • Prospective families (PRE – K to G12) must register and confirm an appointment with Mrs. Fatimah Al Hajji. This is a requirement of Nada Security.
  • All Entrance Tests and interviews take place on Saturday mornings.
  • Applications can only be considered for children who are legally entitled to reside in KSA. Unless the applicant has an Iqama or Iqama under process it is illegal to consider the applicant for enrollment. Family members on visit visas are not permitted to be considered for enrollment.
  • Places cannot be reserved for children, under any circumstances.
  • Admissions acceptance can only be confirmed once all the required documents for your child's / children's application are received.
  • Acceptance of new admissions is on a First Come, First Served basis. NIS cannot take any responsibility for families who forfeit a potential place at the school due to failure to undertake the required procedures in a timely manner.
  • Re-enrollment is not automatic. Parents are required to submit the required paperwork and pay the associated re-enrollment fee for each child, by the due dates given in writing, or place forfeiture may result. NIS is not responsible in such cases.
  • NIS reserves the right to refuse admission, or readmission as a result of failing to adhere to School Policy.
  • In the event that a parent fails to disclose an ongoing serious medical problem, NIS reserves the right to terminate the agreement.
  • Discounts are only available to NIS employees, and are conditional to satisfactory completion of contracts. Employees who wish to terminate a contract early will be required to repay in full, on a pro-rata basis, the remaining fees for the whole of the academic year for each discounted child.
