Mr. Mohammad Wajeeh is a highly accomplished educator with a proven track record of success. He graduated from Mu’tah University in Jordan in 1996 with a Bachelor of Education degree in Teaching English Language and a High Diploma in Educational Leadership. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of leadership positions, including English language and social studies teacher, English Language Academic Coordinator, Schools’ General Supervisor, Boys’ School Principal, and now, School Executive Principal at Nada International School (NIS).
Mr. Wajeeh is a passionate advocate for student success. His mission is to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where all students can thrive mentally, socially, and academically. Under his leadership, NIS has become a shining example of excellence, providing students with an exceptional learning experience that prepares them to become successful members of their communities.

Mrs. Hana Al-Dossary
Girls’ School PrincipalMrs. Hana Al-Dossary is an esteemed Saudi educator who has been the Girls' School Principal at Nada International School (NIS) since 2014. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from King Faisal University and began her teaching career in 1999. She later joined the Ministry of Education, where she rose to the position of Head of the English Department. Her extensive knowledge and experience make her a valuable asset to NIS, and she works closely with the Ministry of Education on projects such as school inspection frameworks. Mrs. Hana’s vision is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Mr. Kevin Smith
Boys’ School Principal Mr. Kevin Smith is an outstanding British educator with over 30 years of experience in schools across the UK and the Middle East. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Sheffield,England, and an internationally recognized school leadership qualification endorsed by the UK Department for Education.
Since joining Nada International School in 2010, Mr. Kevin has served as the English Language Coordinator and Boys’ School Supervisor, playing a pivotal role in curriculum development and student success. With extensive expertise in the British curriculum, he has taught English and French at both IGCSE and A-Level, fostering academic excellence and critical thinking skills among students.
As Boys’ School Principal, Mr. Kevin is committed to maintaining the high academic standards expected at NIS while prioritizing student well-being. He actively supports a positive learning environment where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Through his leadership, he ensures that Nada International School continues to provide a well-rounded education that prepares students for future success.

Mrs. Lubna Ayoub
Girls’ School SupervisorMrs. Lubna, a distinguished educator with a Bachelor of Education degree from Mu'tah University in Jordan, commenced her teaching career in Jordan in 1999 before joining Nada International School (NIS) in 2007. During her tenure at NIS, she has held various positions, including primary teacher, coordinator of English as a Foreign Language, and Head of the Arabic Language Department. In her current role as Girls' School Supervisor, Mrs. Lubna is unwavering in her commitment to enhancing all facets of NIS students' performance and equipping them with the essential tools to thrive academically, socially, physically, and emotionally.

Dr. Muhammad Shabbir
Boys' School Supervisor Dr. Muhammad Shabbir is an accomplished educator, trainer, and mentor with over 15 years of experience, including a decade in international education. He joined Nada International School in 2016 and currently serves as the Boys' School Supervisor and Cambridge Exams Officer, overseeing academic development and student mentorship while ensuring excellence in Cambridge examinations.
A professional historian with extensive experience in Cambridge History, Dr. Shabbir holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences, a Master’s in History, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership & Management. He is a certified Cambridge trainer, a key member of the Cambridge School Community Sharqiya, and has been shortlisted four times as a Top Cambridge Teacher in Saudi Arabia for the Cambridge Most Dedicated Teacher Award.
Dr. Shabbir leads the Student Council, House System, Extra-Curricular Activities, International Academic Marathon, Model United Nations (MUN), and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) initiatives, fostering students' leadership and global awareness. Passionate about lifelong learning and collaborative leadership, he continues to inspire both students and educators.

Mrs. Rafia Aamir Butt
Primary Coordinator Mrs. Rafia Aamir Butt is a dedicated educator from Pakistan with 27 years of experience. She began her teaching career in 1996 as a primary school teacher, later becoming the Math Coordinator.
In 2004, she joined Nada International School in Saudi Arabia as a primary teacher. Over the years, she taught Grades 1 to 5, served as Social Studies Coordinator, and taught IGCSE History for nearly a decade, achieving outstanding student results.
Her passion for student development led her to pursue diplomas in counseling, transitioning into the role of School Counselor and Higher Education Officer. In 2023, after 22 years in Saudi Arabia, she was appointed as the Primary Coordinator at Nada International School.
Mrs. Rafia takes great pride in her profession, believing educators shape future generations. Many of her former students have gone on to successful careers worldwide. Nada International School is more than just a workplace for her—it is a home where she has invested her heart and soul.

Mrs. Rebecca Rodrigues
Early Learning CoordinatorMrs. Rebecca Rodrigues holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sunrise University, India, and a Teaching and Learning Certificate from Cambridge, which she completed in 2018. She is a highly skilled, talented, and professional teacher with more than 24 years of diverse experience in education. Mrs. Rebecca began her teaching career in 1999 as a language teacher for primary and secondary students in India. In 2013, she joined NIS as a KG homeroom teacher and is currently working as the Early Learning Coordinator (ELC). Mrs. Rebecca is a knowledgeable, caring, and passionate school leader who is committed to providing the best education for young children.
