the way we teach, support, challenge, and care for our students.
We strive to create a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment where every student feels
that they belong. We recognize that children learn in different ways and may need different
levels of support, challenge, or encouragement to reach their full potential.
Our inclusive approach supports a wide range of learners, including students with Special
Educational Needs (SEN), Gifted and Talented students, English language needs, and students
who may benefit from additional academic, social, emotional, or pastoral support.
Supporting Every Learner
Our experienced teachers and support staff work collaboratively to understand each student’s strengths, needs, and learning profile. Through observation, assessment, communication with parents, and teamwork, we develop appropriate strategies to help students make progress and become increasingly confident and independent learners. Where appropriate, an Individual Education Plan (IEP) may be developed to identify learning needs, targets, interventions, and
support.
Our support may include:
- Differentiated Learning – adapting teaching, tasks, resources, and learning experiences
to meet individual needs. - Targeted Academic Support – focused interventions designed to address specific areas
of need and promote continuous progress - Social & Emotional Support – helping students develop confidence, independence,
communication, social skills, and positive relationships. - Inclusive Classroom Practices – ensuring students can participate actively in lessons and
school activities with appropriate adjustments and support.
Nurturing Gifted & Talented Learners
Inclusion is not only about providing support when students experience difficulties. It is also about recognising potential and providing the right level of challenge.
At Nada International School, we aim to identify and nurture students who demonstrate
exceptional ability, high potential, or particular strengths across academic, creative, artistic,
sporting, and leadership areas.
We provide opportunities for students to:
- Explore and Enrich – go beyond the standard curriculum and explore areas of particular interest in greater depth.
- Think and Challenge – engage with complex tasks, open-ended questions, independent projects, and problem-solving activities.
- Excel and Lead – participate in competitions, projects, leadership opportunities, and activities that allow them to develop and demonstrate their talents.
- Grow Holistically – develop confidence, resilience, collaboration, independence, and leadership alongside academic achievement.
